Reconstruction
XR project crossing Real-Time rendering and Augmented Reality
Reconstruction is a multi-part real-time self-initiated project designed to explore different ways of creating content in Unreal 4 and Unity to practice offline rendering & AR from the same piece of content. Exploring the idea of creating multiple outputs from a single piece of content.
It was also a challenge to learn how to bring in some abstract FX sensibilities that we often see in motion design and bring that into a real-time space, along with working with character animation by Martin Pošta. Special thanks to Jakub Spacek as always.

Unreal 4 - Real-time Rendering
Unity - Augmented Reality
Reconstruction AR is a physics-based augmented reality experiment.
Scan the floor to find a space and then summon the sculpture. Help it reconstruct by moving towards the broken pieces that will find their way back when you're nearby.
Move around the sculpture, inside it, away from it and observe how your proximity affects the pieces.
Try to find a 2x2m unobstructed area to have enough space to move around and interact.
